This Policy on the processing of personal data and the confidentiality of personal information (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all information posted on the website on the Internet at www.falaktarhi.uz and the FALAKTARHI.UZ mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the Publication), which visitors and other users of the Publication can receive about the User during the use of the Publication, its services, programs and products.

6. Conditions for deleting personal data

6.1. The User has the right to stop using the resources of the Publication and delete the Account created by him at any time. 6.2. The Administration deletes the User’s Account and the Personal Data associated with it within 14 (fourteen) days after receiving his written reasoned request.

7. Obligations of the parties

7.1. The User is obliged to:

7.1.1. Provide information about personal data necessary for using the resources of the Publication.

7.1.2. Update, supplement, delete the provided information about personal data or part of it in the event of a change in this information.

7.2. The Administration of the Publication is obliged to:

7.2.1. Use the information received solely for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy.

7.2.2. Ensure that confidential information is kept secret, not disclosed without the prior written permission of the User, and not sell, exchange, publish or disclose in any other possible way the transferred personal data of the User, except as provided for in this Privacy Policy.

7.2.4. 8. Additional terms
